Description
Also known as Dottted Horsemint, this perennial, re-seeding, native wildflower grows to about 2-3 ft in the average garden. It can thrive in full sun to light shade, in dry to moist (well-drained) soils, and it flowers and has colorful pink to purple color to the leaves late summer through early fall. It’s aromatic and can be used as a culinary and medicinal herb in the kitchen. Spotted beebalm attracts numerous pollinators including our native bumblebees.
