The refunds of Yourhomify are governed by the Refund Policy with the provisions provided below. By using our services, you automatically agree to this policy.
Spring and Summer Guarantee
We offer a 60-day guarantee on spring- and summer-delivered packages, ensuring healthy, pest-free plants. If you have any issues regarding claims, contact us at info@yourhomify.com within 60 days of receiving your delivery. Your email must contain an image of the plant, the order number, and a short description of the problem encountered. After processing, eligible orders will receive a refund within 2 weeks of initiating the refund process.
We dont entertain any refund requests after 60 days of order delivery. However, any plant that remains dormant in spring and is expected to break dormancy after 60 days will be covered beyond the 60-day limit. Our guarantee scheme dont cover plants cultured outside their respective growing zone.
Fall Guarantee
All the orders received by the customers after 1st September are covered under our Fall Guarantee scheme. This scheme covers your sapling’s growth extending to 31st May of the next year. If you encounter any issues regarding the delivered item during this period, kindly contact our team at support@yourhomify.com and provide images, the order number, and a brief description of the problem.
Delivery Options
We deliver merchandise and plant packages through FedEx, and our shipping procedures are guided by our Shipping Policy. We ensure customers receive plants with strong roots to lengthen their survival. The shipping issues, including but not limited to torn sapling, damaged packaging, and incorrect delivery point, will be addressed by FedEx. Kindly contact the concerned FedEx delivery centre provided in the shipping details. If the problems remain unresolved, contact our support team and provide details of the issue and order number.
Refunds
Our refunds are calculated as plant cost excluding discounts and shipping charges. The refund is processed within 2 weeks of its initiation, and we reserve the right to claim the return of the item.
Cancellation
The cancellation must be requested within 12 hours of placing or shipping the order, post which the cancellation request will not be entertained. If the item has been shipped, you can opt for replacement or returns following the established provisions.
Replacement
We ensure safe deliveries to provide the products in their pristine form. However, under certain conditions, the plants and products received may not be in their expected form or quality. We approve replacements under the following conditions.
- If the sealing tap is tempered.
- The product is damaged
- Received incorrect order.
- Time is missing from the package
- Product is expired, or the plant is infected.
The customers need to initiate a replacement request within 5 days of recevieing order. After the replacement request has been approved, we initiate a new delivery process within 24 hours.
Returns
We are concerned with the plant and product’s uniqueness and genuineness. However, we accept return requests under the following conditions.
- The packaging has been torn.
- The plant is infected or dead.
- The product is broken
- The product is not in the condition shown on the website.
We do not consider refund requests under the following situations.
- The wrong product has been ordered by the customer.
- Return request made after 5 days of receiving the order.
- Damage or a missing product was reported 5 days after receiving the product.
Our team will scrutinize your request, and a refund will be issued within 1 week of initiating the refund process.
