Our shipping process and price are governed by the following provisions of our shipping policy. By accessing and ordering product form our website, you agree to the terms of this policy. 

• Shipping Schedule

  We consider and adhere to the USDA Hardiness Zone while delivering your plants to ensure healthy and unaffected shipping. We ship your order within 3 days of your order. However, you can opt for a later date of delivery as per your convenience. Our shipping procedure begins according to your schedule to deliver the fresh and healthy saplings. 

• Shopping Method

  We ship all our orders from our warehouse at 7800 Harwin Dr

  Houston, Texas, preferably through FedEx. The following conditions and procedures drive our shipping methods and delivery options. 

  • We deliver the orders through FedEx Home Delivery and UPS Ground throughout the week.
  • We dont deliver consignments to the APO/FPO military addresses or PO Box.
  • Any order made to Canada by 3/4 pm (Eastern Time Zone) on Tuesdays will be shipped the following Monday.

You must

1. Mantroily put a street address for every order.
2. The time of delivery depends on the location of delivery. 
3. Cross-check the order summary and delivery address before making payment.
