Baby’s Breath Flowers
Botanically known as Gypsophila paniculata, the baby’s breath flower is a spring perennial flower that is native to the regions of Europe, Asia, and Africa. Featuring star-shaped white flowers, these blooms are extensively used in the floristry industry and in flower corsages.
Symbolic of the idea of love and purity, the baby’s breath flowers are used as filler blooms paired up with roses, tulips, chrysanthemums, and more for weddings and special occasions. While its main use is in flower arrangements, it can be grown as a container plant in full sun and well-draining soil, but it is usually not recommended.
