Bottle brush Flowers

Part of the myrtle family, the bottlebrush is an evergreen shrub or small tree that grows bright red, small, tubular red flowers, which have a spiky appearance, resembling a brush. Also known as Callistemon, it is a flowering genus that is native to Australia and thrives in full sunlight.

Also popular as a hummingbird flower, the bottlebrush blooms grow in white, red, and pink hues and should be watered moderately as they are drought-tolerant once established. Also, these evergreen flowers are not frost-tolerant but can survive heat very well; hence, optimal winter care is required.
