Bramble Flowers

Bramble is a genus of flowering plants in the rose family and is botanically known as Rubus fruticosus. This wildflower produces white and pink flowers but is grown for the blackberries and raspberries that the prickly shrub produces from late summer to autumn.

Although the bramble plant can be grown indoors, it is recommended to plant it outdoors, as it requires 6-8 hours of bright sunlight and also benefits the ecology of the garden by attracting beneficial pollinators to the garden. These showy blooms flower in July-August and are also edible, like the fruit they produce.
