Abelia Plants
Abelia plant is part of the botanical family Caprifoliaceae (honeysuckle). This flowering plant generally occurs in Eastern Asia and Southern North America. The plant is 3-4 feet tall and grows best in bright sunlight and well-drained soil. The flowers of Abelia are generally white or pink in colour and form in clusters.
Because of its rich nectar, the plant attracts a wide range of pollinators, for example, bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Abelia plants are usually drought-tolerant and grown in the garden for their beautiful fragrance and foliage. The plants also have medicinal uses as they are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.
