Catchfly (Night-flowering) Flowers

Catchfly is a perennial plant with eye-catching, rounded clusters of bright pink flowers in mid or late summer. Native to Europe, catchfly has escaped gardens and naturalized in most of the US.

It grows up to 12-18 inches tall and 6-9 inches wide. It is pest-free and low-maintenance. Once established, this eye-catching beauty is also drought-tolerant. It prefers full sun in average, dry to medium moisture, well-drained soils. Excellent drainage is essential, and sandy or gravelly soils are favored by this plant.

It is ideal for beds and borders, cottage gardens, rock gardens, meadows, and containers.
