Devil’s Trumpet Flowers
Devil’s Trumpet, also known as Black Datura, was mainly used culturally, medicinally, and as an ornamental plant in India. With its complex blossoms that remind one of upright-growing angel trumpet blossoms, it’s a very beautiful pot plant that grows fast and even reaches an impressive size in annual growth. Its blossoms emit an intense scent in the evening.
Devil’s trumpet grows as a wild plant in nearly all tropical regions of the world, but also belongs to the most important cultivars of the thorn apples as it’s fast-growing and robust. It loves a lot of sun, water, and fertilizer.
