Kale Plant

Kale plant, Leaf Cabbage, is a part of the botanical family Brassicaceae and the genus Brassica. These biennial plants are native to the eastern Mediterranean region. The plant grows best in full sunlight and moist, well-drained soil. The flowers are gold-yellow with 4 petals. The fruit is a siliqua.

Leaf Cabbage is a rich source of fibre and antioxidants. It maintains blood pressure and the digestive tract. Studies prove that antioxidant of kale remove unwanted toxins from the body has anticancer properties. Kale is often considered one of the most nutrient-rich foods on earth.
