Nasturtium flowers
Nasturtium is a cheerful flowering plant loved for its bright blooms in shades of orange, red, yellow, and cream. Its round green leaves and trailing or bushy growth make it perfect for garden beds, hanging baskets, and containers. The flowers and leaves are edible, adding a peppery flavour to salads and garnishes. Nasturtium grows quickly in full sun and well-drained soil, often flowering best in less fertile ground. It also attracts bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects while helping repel some garden pests. USDA Hardiness Zones 2–11 as an annual and is easy to grow in most climates.
